Charged for 3 men and a truck, only provided 2 men for move. No correction in paid amount even after multiple followups over calls ans emails. Had to raise a credit card dispute to get any attention.
I used Two Men and a Truck once before, in a move from Maryland to New Jersey and the move went very well.
I hired Two Men and a Truck again for a 'local move'. Actually, I was just cleaning out a room and giving some of the furniture to a friend and having the rest hauled away.
The move itself went very smoothly. The two movers, Justin and Davian, were wonderful and very accommodating. I also love Two Men and a Truck's flexibility. My moves always involve both moving some items and having others hauled away and Two Men and a Truck do a great job of accommodating this need, which, along with always having very helpful movers, is why I would hire them again.
The problem I have during this move (the reason for the 3-star rating) is with billing/ accounting. My credit card was charged more than $100 more than the Actual Charge on the invoice I received. I've been trying to get an answer as to the cause of the discrepancy but Accounting has been, and continues to be, on vacation. Other employees who answer the phone have taken messages. I have also sent a copy of the invoice I received to Accounting but no one in Accounting has responded. It's been nine days since I received the Invoice with my final charge and, after calling again today, I'm told that Accounting won't be back until late next week, which will make it at least two and a half weeks that I need to wait to straighten out my billing.
In summary, the move part of Two Men and a Truck is very good but Account/ Billing is very unresponsive. It will be at least another week and a half before I know how this story ends.

My experience was pretty terrible. I paid for 3 people to move me, but one mover showed up about 45 minutes late. Despite repeated phone calls and a damage claim, I never received any response about how my move went and they didn’t try to make any of it right. I won’t use them in the future or recommend them to friends and colleagues.
