Xavier and Rayshawn were very professional and courteous. They were able to carefully wrap and pack all my furniture and we got the whole move done in a few hours.

This was a terrible experience and I urge you to reconsider using Two Men and a Truck, Hamilton. In summary, our move that needed to happen on a certain day was left half-done, and it was necessary for us to hire other movers. The details of this disaster are too numerous to recount. In the end, our 11 am move time (already rescheduled from 8am) happened at 4:30. The explanation from the movers was that the company scheduled another job during our time, and that ran significantly over - the movers said, 'They do this to us all the time'. The guys then told us that they couldn't move all of our belongings since the truck had to be back at the office by 7:30 and they had apparently not been told by the company that we had additional items to move - even though we spoke to multiple people at the office and the dispatcher to confirm that there was time to move our extra items. The movers were great guys and did a fine job with what they moved - we had no issues with them personally. Our real issue was with the company and its poor management.

Laquan, Ray, Thomas, Jamal, and Hill did an awesome job on what was truly a very large and difficult move. They gave it their all every step of the way and took the enormity of the task in stride. They moved the contents of two storage units packed with hundreds of boxes of books, paintings and furniture, all in one (very long) day, which I didn’t think was possible, but they did it. Thanks so much for making a very stressful transition so much easier!!
