Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

We called Two Men & a Truck in Hagerstown (Jan 2025) when we needed to move furniture and belongings to a senior living center. The young men worked efficiently, were extremely courteous, and thorough during both pickup and delivery. I totally recommend this service to anyone. We were beyond satisfied. We have used two men and a truck in other states and here in Hagerstown before and had positive experiences. Today was different. The movers were wonderful (kudos to them!). However, we were never told when booking that the number of items on the truck had to be EXACT since we were crossing state lines. So, here we are with a bunch of stuff that we weren't able to put on the moving truck. We now have to get our own truck and do a second move ourselves. Rules are rules, I get it. But make sure people know ahead of time! In the past, the number of items didn't matter much, so we didn't think it would this time either. They were able to adjust the day of. Also, we just did a move with them 6 months ago. My husband asked when he booked if it looked like he had estimated enough items and the person said yes. This was clearly incorrect. Anyway, I'm just disappointed and this has turned into a lot more work for us than it was supposed to be.

Wonderful experience with these movers. We had them load our Pod and it was the last day of our move. We had to be out of the house that day, and these guys fit everything into our Pod carefully. Excellent movers and reasonable prices. Definitely will use them again when moving into our new house.
