Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

I used Two Men and a Truck to help us move our items from our storage unit to our new house. As soon as the crew started to unload our items, they found extensive damage due to poor loading/handling by our movers from Georgia. They called me to have myself or my wife come back to the unit. They documented the extensive damage and took great care to move our stuff without causing any further damage. The move ended up taking a lot longer than expected due to the amount of time required to document the damages and the carefulness required to not cause further damage. However, they worked with us on the final pricing and were incredibly sympathetic and professional throughout. Despite a horrible experience with the other moving company, Two Men and a Truck eased that pain a bit by giving us the best experience they could moving into our house.

I don't recommend

I had a very difficult time my moving team. I explained my situation, but when the crew arrived at my house there was so much debate about what they could actually take. They would only take certain types of boxes, certain tables, etc. I ended up having to hire another moving team to take the rest of my belongings as the first crew from Two Men and a Truck only moved about half my stuff. Overall my experience led to too many tears and too much frustration.

I arranged for two men and a truck to help with a move from PA to MD. They were professional , on time, and had great communication. Doc, John and Will were some really nice guys. I would definitely call two men and a truck for any future moves. Thanks so much!
