From reserving the appointment to the final box being unloaded, the process was seamless. Megan in the office was so helpful and professional. I won't use any other moving company in the future.

Did not realize the time of the move would also include the travel time they would have to and from my location which added an addition 1.25 hours to my total cost. Movers also came across complications moving a larger piece of furniture out so had to wait for help to arrive which took more time. The cost compared to the actual work that was done was not worth it in the end.

Hands down the best moving company out there! My life was packed onto 3 trucks and when it wouldn't fit in the storage units, they took it and stored it for me with no issue. Moving is such a huge undertaking and they provided top notch service!

We worked with the Hagerstown office. It was easy to get an online quote, which was followed up by the office staff getting more details. We added a few items after getting our estimate, and they were very helpful with that .
The movers were very professional and took great care not to damage our stuff or scuff the walls. They were very organized and efficient, and the move didn't take as long as I expected.
