Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

***ITEMS LOST/STOLEN***

I am utterly dismayed and frankly, quite frankly, incensed by the egregious mishandling of my belongings by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK (0290, 1257-G Kennestone Circle, Marietta, GA 30066). I contracted your services on September 28, 2024, for both moving and storage, with my items stored at 100 Arnold Mill Road #B, Woodstock, GA 30188, at a cost of $200 per month. Upon scheduling the delivery to my new address for December 12, 2024.

A significant portion of my possessions is now missing. Specifically, all of my ceramic dishes and cups, which were meticulously wrapped and boxed, are nowhere to be found. Furthermore, my Yeti Hopper Backflip bag was also not delivered. Let me be clear: this is unacceptable. Whether this constitutes negligence or outright theft is a matter that demands immediate and thorough investigation.

I provided photographic evidence of myself with the missing Yeti bag to Operations Manager who, I might add, has failed to follow up on his promise to investigate this matter. This lack of communication and action is simply appalling. My wife and I have been forced to replace all of our missing dishware due to your company’s gross negligence, and we expect the immediate return of our Yeti bag.

The lack of resolution to this point is inexcusable and has dragged on for far too long. I expect a prompt and satisfactory response to this matter, including the return of my missing property and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and expense this has caused. I will not tolerate further delays or evasions.

Jamie, Josh, and Donald did an outstanding job moving my mother from her home of 27 years to independent living. They were courteous, respectful and very patient with all the questions and concerns my mother had.
We were very pleased with their service with excellence.

Warren Vini and Jamie did an excellent job moving me. They handled my property with care and fully explained everything. They got the job done in a timely manner. I would

This is the second time I've used 2 Men and a Truck. The first time they came to pack my belongings and they were superfast and efficient and got my 2-bedroom apartment done in under 2 hours. This time they moved my things out of storage and drove 2 hours to my new residence and I couldn't have expected more. They were so great and responsible and took care of my things like as if it was their own. Nothing was scratched or dinged either and nothing broken or needed to get reported on. Warren, the driver even set up my 55' TV, connected it to the wall and helped in setting up in its place. I didn't have to lift anything. I'm so appreciative and grateful there still lies in system of excellent and compassionate customer service.

The two members 'Anthony and Andreous' of the company were 'Outstanding' . They took time and care to ensure that all of the belongings were loaded in a safe and timely manner. Both men showed a very professional dignified manner. Two Men and a Truck should be proud of those men. I am a retired Marine 'USMC' I would be proud to have them on my team.
