Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Nadia was very professional in helping me to coordinate my move. The movers were friendly and punctual. However, I felt very uncomfortable when the movers asked me for a tip as they were moving my items. I do that naturally, but I do not like when I am feeling forced to do it. I have worked with movers before and they have never asked for a tip. I gave both movers a tip because one of them was helpful in suggesting I get a smaller storage unit which saved me some money. It was not a bad experience overall ,but please do not pressure customers to tip.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used 2 men and a truck. This time was just as amazing as the first time. My crew Maurice, James, Manny, Lewis and Sebastian were so awesome. They were extremely professional, efficient, and worked as a team. They made the move fun and made my mom and I feel comfortable and like we were with family. They handled all of our items with such care. We really appreciate the crew and they need a raise!

The furniture transfer from my garage to the upstairs was good. The only complaint I have is that one of your movers (the young mover) was very disrespectful in my home when he used profanity, otherwise I would have given a 5 star. The older mover was very respectful and professional. The profanity wasn't directed at me, rather it was toward his coworker who didn't seem to mind. Maybe it's what they do among themselves but I didn't like it being used in my home. The younger mover appears to need more training in good friendly customer service because he absolutely lacks that skill and displays an ill-nature and unpleasant attitude.
