Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Love this company. They have moving packages, pay by the hour, and the best customer service. I spoke with Ms. Connor she is amazingly brilliant, and a great conversationalist too. She helped talk through what I needed and what would be best for the money I had. She even followed up several times. Looking forward to working with this company every soon!

What a joke!

The movers took 5 hours to move my things from storage onto the truck. Once they arrived to my home, they said they didn't know how to set up the furniture! Now here is the joke, their boss told them to ask me to assist them in setup. LOL. However, since the movers couldn't finish the job, management said they would send someone out the next day! I was cool with that. Well the next day no one called, so I called them. Leon promised he would have someone out there. I waited for them the entire day, only to get a TEXT, saying Monday will work better for their company! I didn't even get a decent phone call, I got a text! Then on top of the 500 dollar deposit, they charged me an extra 743 dollars. That's 1,243 dollars I spent on moving. I took off from work for this move, and would not be available for another month, so Monday would not work for me, so I had to turn around and pay someone else to do this job. This man put four beds together in 2 hours, by himself. Two men and a truck have yet to give me a professional courtesy call or apology, however they did get my money! What a shame It's not about what works best for the company, its supposed to be what works for the customer! They treated me like I was a nobody!

They were cool. Moved fast. James created conversation and went over everything. However, part of my couch was ruined. It was a pull apart. I didn’t get to see how they stored everything because it was hidden behind huge mattresses. So after moving, I noticed. I let them know when they reached out to ask how things went. They said they’d contact me back Monday. Never heard anything else. Also. When the moves finished I said I’d tip them soon. I knew I had to go on there unlock card and stuff. He said okay and left from my door. Then 2 mins later came back and asked for the tip and waited for me to send it before actually leaving. I said I was going to do it and explained why it would take a min. He didn’t have to come back and wait around. I purposely took a few more mins just to see what he was doing. He was still there. So other than those to things… the move was good.
