Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Moved from Miami to New York and the two movers I had were the best Christopher, Dany made moving so much better! I recommend this company and those two movers to anyone moving in Miami!

We needed to move some furniture to our offices with short notice, and we called our member Two Men and a Truck. They immediately got back to us, made it happen the very next day and the entire experience was incredible. Their moving team were courteous, helpful and positive. I highly recommend their service.

Moving experience was overall pretty good and decent price. Had a good time chatting with my 2 movers from the islands about music and life. I tipped them very well.

However - they broke my piano and a plate. Not a big deal I thought as the sales agent I spoke with repeated multiple times that my things would be COMPLETELY covered if there was any damage - so I reached out to make my claim.

They asked me when the items were purchased and I innocently answered honestly - not knowing their hidden policy. They responded telling me that I am owed nothing since even though I am “fully covered”, there is an annual 10% depreciation value for every item, and since I bought my piano 10+ years ago, there is 0% coverage left. Absolute nonsense - this was never explained to me and the agent repeated that I am fully covered.

Then they told me that as a “courtesy” they’ll give me $100 for my $600 piano and $80 set of plates…

I responded saying that this is unacceptable because I would never have booked if I knew my things wouldn’t be covered for damage

I still haven’t heard back it’s been over 2 weeks, with follow ups sent. I was and am calm and respectful the entire time - simply hoping this company will do the right thing.
