Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

The absolute worst company I’ve ever encountered. Words cannot fully capture the extent of the damage inflicted on my new home and furniture. The level of carelessness and incompetence displayed is truly staggering. Not only were my possessions ruined, but the overall experience has been incredibly distressing and frustrating. This company has caused significant disruption and inconvenience, leaving me with an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction and anger.

TERRIBLE. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I had a move scheduled on a Wednesday, the movers were TWO HOURS late. Elevator reservation was for a very specific time frame, so they missed most of the window. They had to stop and resume hours later. They would not bring the stuff to my new place that day so I had to stay in a hotel overnight and pay $500. They promised me they would be at my new place at 8 am the next morning. They arrived TWO HOURS LATE again!!!
I called the office and they said they will discuss the bill with me when the move is done so we can talk about what I owe -- the extra hours were because they were late!!! They never called me, I never signed anything at the end of the move, the movers let without me seeing a final bill, and they charged my credit TWICE without my authorization. They lied to me multiple timed over two two day move (for a 2 bedroom apartment...) They are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and fradulent!!!!! Pictures attached of my damaged furniture too.

They have actually made my moving so stressful and unpleasant !!! They didn’t unscrew my bed , because they were lazy and inexperienced, they pushed it in on their truck and it was obviously broken to the point it had to be tossed. They assured me it will get replaced and even demanded a tip at the end of the service . The operation team never contacted me as promised, I had to call 6 times , 3 emails no answers , they hanged the phone on me multiple times.
They didn’t replace my bed, they claimed I didn’t pay the “expensive “ insurance so I was entitled for the “ regular “ insurance and offer me 100$ for my 600$ bed.
Devious and unprofessional. Never again
