Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Great experience all the way through. I was recommended to Eugenia at Two Men and a Truck from someone that I trust. Got an estimate (that was within 15 minutes accurate) from Faith at the Tampa office. The call and set up were a piece of cake. But the icing was the delivery team - Marcus and Derrick. They were friendly, funny, hard working and fast. I did not think they could get it in one truckload! Marcus swore to me he would - he is the master!

I have moved more times than I care to count since coming to the Tampa Bay Area and this is the third company I have used. I had to move rather quickly and unexpectedly this time so I decided to go with the cheapest option after getting several quotes. I now see that it is true that you get what you pay for. This is the first moving company that quoted me on things like mattress bags and TV boxes as a must have before moving items and then when the movers arrived they never used them. They still charged me for those items. While moving my items to storage.l the movers did not wrap things correctly I had glass and fragile items that were just placed without any protection in danger of being broken. I was very disappointed with the lack of care taken with my personal items. I have never seen that with any of the other local companies I’ve used and I will not be using this company again nor would I recommend them. It is certainly worth paying a little more to ensure the safety of my things.

This company was hired to pack and move my belongings in the summer of 2023. There were two younger gentleman that showed up. One of them asked “to have” a belonging of mine. It was an expensive item but I said “yes” as I was under pressure at the moment. I didn’t even realize until unpacking; that several other items of mine came up missing !!! NO ONE ELSE was ever near or around my belongings. I am extremely hurt and confused by the situation because I did not deserve this at all !!! BE AWARE PLEASE !!!

Marissa listened to our concerns and issued and sent an excellent team to handle our move. Very courteous, listened to our concerns and made the move with our Mom very pleasant. I would highly recommend Marissa and her Tampa Florida Team!
