Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

2 Men and a truck saved us again! Purchased a bedroom suite that had a king bed. I didn't want my husband and I to move it. His back is not well. The team showed up, moved the monster suite of furniture and set it up. No way we could have done it. Their professionalism and politeness of their teams are exceptional. I won't use anyone else.

The absolute worst moving company I’ve ever worked with. I booked a move online and an estimator called me. After I agreed to the charges and confirmed the move, I explained there was a form needed by my HOA. The estimator said to send to him. I followed up the next day for the form and was told I’d have it the next business day. It took 5 total days and multiple phone calls and emails to get the form. We had to reschedule the move as a result causing me to miss additional time from work. The day of the move, I was told they would be arriving at 8:30 am. They arrived an hour and a half late. The two gentlemen who came to the unit saw they’d have to push boxes up a hill from the parking garage, and then said they would not do the job. Unprofessional the whole way through and wasted my time at every step.

The three young men who helped move my mother were very polite and respectful. They worked hard and efficiently and got the job done under the estimate. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst babies I've encountered! And vandalism! I noticed that my 100 yr old grandma's car, who had passed away right before the move, was damaged by the movers. It had a butt marked dent in the trunk. I had it in the 3rd car spot in a 3 car garage all the way over out of the way and no reason to even be near it. Nobody had drove it before or after bc it was not registered out of my grandmother's name yet with no car insurance and I was going to sell it. Unbelievable how the baby boys were acting. We had so many issues w their attitudes that my husband had to leave my mom and I behind while they unloaded. My mom had just started w dementia symptoms after getting Covid-19 & falling. So, we needed her moved for her safety. The movers grabbed everything except washer and dryer. And we never got our new table that was in our foyer or our computer chair. Besides the items & the fact these babies usrd their bum to dent my grandma's trunk they were unbelievably rude. They were getting a crazy amount of money to do a simple job that they didn't make smart decisions on. All they care about is money & they will leave behind the most expensive items u have & loose items. I'm very dissatisfied & extremely disappointed that I used this moving company for such a huge move. ? And to make matters worse they were trying to hold my poor little mother's, who had recently started getting dementia & had just lost a mother & her son, stuff. They wanted fully paid for the entire move before they even brought our stuff to the house. We had paid them a huge down payment. They are not smart enough to know that credit card companies nor banks for debit cards don't like huge payments over and over. It keeps on locking up your card. So, having my mother not able to think like she used to before dementia started, she wasnt calling each credit card or debit card before the card was used. I had to keep on trying to call 3-way w banks & credit card companies. She had all the money they needed in the bank but they absolutely wldn't do any other payments besides cards! That was a complete nightmare. I would definitely not ever use this company again. Poor quality movers to say the least
