Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

I have used this company three times in the past year and have been very satisfied. The same guys moved me 2 out of 3 times and were all very careful with my belongings and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone who asks me. Thank you for everything!

Our move was planned for NC from Vero Beach, FL. We have paid moving companies four times to pack and move us and this was by far the worse. There was one young man that expressed manners and care but the other could have cared less. All he was interested in the whole day of packing was whether or not he was getting a tip along with spending most of the day taking breaks and texting in the back of the truck. at one point we were told that our patio table was being left behind due to the truck being full. At another, he stated he was all done and I looked in the garage and it still had 1/4 of our items which he replied, truck is full. Next I saw my $500 guitar sitting out in the sun and he was going to put it in the truck unwrapped. Lastly, we realized they did not pack the office desk or computer and they were unaware of it. I had to call the office four times to have a manager speak to him. Again, thinking they were done, there sits my desktop computer sitting on the floor of my now empty office. Upon the arrival and unload in NC at least this guy was not part of the crew. But we found out upon unpacking our boxes how terrible the packing job was. Hats were smashed, lampshade crushed, wardrobe boxes were filled with loose items that were simply thrown in, filled up and then the hanging clothes placed which made all of my expensive suits wrinkled and needing to go to dry clean. They left us two big boxes that looked as though everything that was left for last was thrown and packed into these boxes. For $1600.00 for packing, it was a disaster. Moves are stressful enough and to have to argue all day with this guy and show him how to pack items doubled the stress. I felt that with a competent moving company, you should be able to go to the beach and when you come back the job is done. Never again Two Men.
