Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

We have never hired help for moving and have always done it alone. Taking the leap to work with Two Men and a Truck was completely worth it! Jacob called us to let us know they were ahead of schedule and were able to get started on our move earlier than expected. They were careful with every item and didn’t damage a single thing or wall. They were polite and friendly, I feel like they went the extra mile to make sure our move went well. They even adjusted their time at the end to get it all done. I have always felt anxious with every move because it is a stressful task, but I actually felt calm all day long with this move. My husband and I sat down at the end of the day without being completely exhausted. Really impressed and will work with them in the future!

Our move went great! Crew was young, clean cut, professional, and very efficient-- they finished in less than the estimated time (so saved us a little $) and took great care of our items. Would definitely recommend the Erlanger KY office!

It is my strong suspicion they lost or took one of my boxes that included dishes, and some of my deceased Mother's china. Like I told Drake, allegedly a management member, it's not about money, it's about my deceased Mom's stuff. They just blew me off and never contacted me after numerous contact attempts by me.

I contacted the crew chief, Tim, three times and he never responded. Worse, I contacted the office and left a detailed message about what had occurred and was assurred I would receive a call back from management. Never heard from them, so I called back and spoke with a management member named Drake. He assurred me that he would speak with Tim and call me back. Guess what, he never called back.

If the company cared about their customer, why wouldn't they call back after repeated trys. Their actions don't pass the smell test.

UPDATE: Left message for General Manager last week. Of course, no call back. This management team is unethical and unprofessional. If you choose to use them, I would count every box they put in the truck and every box they unpack from the truck. It's easy to look good when everything goes well. It's when things don't go well when you seperate a team with character with one that has none.

Enjoyed our move experience tremendously. The lady we spoke to for setting up move, Trish, was very helpful determining our moving needs. And our 3 packers/movers - Dallas, Shamari, Toby - shout out to them for their professional demenor and careful packing and moving of our belongings.
