Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Fabulous follow up, customer service from the office staff and movers. And gentle care with my belongings. Worth the money!

I booked our move and did an entire house inventory. I was told I needed one truck based off this inventory. We decided to donate a lot of items so we took off a room (without notifying just to give us a little cushion).
We were told by the movers that they wouldn’t be able to get everything in one truck. They said about 80% of stuff could be brought. Pictures below show how much was left. It was more like 50% left behind. Instead of bringing another load in the truck (which we were willing to extend and pay the extra time), we were told no and that we would need to wait until Monday. So now we’ve paid an outrageous amount to pay for half of our home to be moved. We had to rent a truck and move the entire rest of the house ourselves.
Our movers themselves were good so this isn’t a reflection on them specifically. I will add that they didn’t hook back up our washer dryer and put furniture in a loft area instead of the desired rooms. They also broke a nightstand (which I am told is going to be reported and we will get a call - that is all fine).
They came highly recommended and for the amount paid for what was actually done, this is outrageous. I’d warn anyone to triple your inventory. Pics below are what we have been doing all day today that was left by them.

Excellent team. Not a single bit of damage. Very efficient team working together, great seeing them work as a team. Very courteous and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend them.
