Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

We were gifted a piano and I was nervous about the cost of safe transport. They were prompt, friendly, and hassle-free. The office was so cooperative and I greatly appreciate when people are kind and helpful. They gave us a very reasonable quote, too. On the day they called in advance so we could expect them, they moved the piano with zero damage, and the two guys we worked with were really friendly and polite. It's nice to be able to rely on people to show up and do a really great job. 10/10 would call again!

With age it's more difficult to move. This time I said enough is enough. I researched online and Two men and a Truck was one of the top results so I gave them a call. As anyone, I hate parting with money, but I am so thankful I did. Pricing really wasn't terrible and the THREE guys in a truck worked fast and with much caution to break down items, wrap and protect items, loading them and putting that furniture back together. They even grabbed a couple extra items. I asked how much extra and they assured me it's by the time not the amount of items. I'm telling you, these boys definitely earned every penny. It was a challenge with winding stairs to combat and climb with heavy, bulky items. Especially the beast of a mattress I have! I did not hesitate to tip them either. I wish I'd had more cash on me. I told them they worked so hard and they are going to sleep good tonight! I will recommend them to everybody!!!

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional office staff. Due to a clerical error of an office staff member they failed to provide us a phone call prior to arrival and rather than emailing or making any further attempt of contact they just left. It wasn't until late that day that we called to see when they'd be arriving that they informed us of the error, then they had the audacity to blame us for not being there when they were supposed to give a 30minute call ahead-I suppose they expected us to take the whole day off of work to wait for them to get there? When the appointment was confirmed the day prior we verified the phone number and email address so there was zero reason for the error- the office staff member got numbers flipped around so when they dialed the number all they got was a dial tone. The manager Samantha was extremely rude, unpleasant, and made it as though it was a huge hassel for her to do her job in the first place, when she finally found a crew to come out and do the job she made it out to be that she was doing me a huge favor. When the crew finally arrived at 4:30pm they were very pleasant and I would definitely recommend them for future work, but NOT if it's through this company. I DO NOT recommend this company due to the simple fact the office staff is incompetent, rude, and overall unprofessional.

The movers themselves were polite and worked hard. That being said, there's no excuse for this company charging me $700 to move a bedroom set ( storage bed, 2 dressers, cabinet and a night stand) across town. (10 minute drive) There was a spot on the ceiling that was damaged and the guy who called to fix it asked that I provide the paint and wouldn't come out that day because it wasn't worth it for him. To top it off, I could hear their boss yelling at them over the phone while they were trying to finish up. Huge waste of money. There's no justifying the cost for the few items that were moved. I'm disgusted and feel horrible for the employees
