Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Only 2 small complaints. They were supposed to be there at 9 am. When I finally called at 915am they told me they had a late start and apologized that no one had called to let me know. Showed up around 10am. The glass on my china hutch was broken. They are handling it very efficiently and getting the repair completed for me. Moving crew was very friendly and personable. Office staff super helpful and does things in a timely manner. They were able to work quickly and get me done under quoted price.

I hired Two men and a truck to help us remove an ancient piano, that had a cracked sounding board.
The piano was quite heavy, and in our case, they sent 3 able bodied men to partially deconstruct and remove the piano. They had it out of our home in less than 45 minutes, without damaging our home, and leaving our house cleaner than when they arrived.

I had them move some things today, and they did exceed expectations.Everything went smoothly, and they didn't charge too much. Would definitely use them again.

Holes poked in walls , made 4 trips back to Cedar Rapids to pick up articles left behind if I wasn’t able to be there at least most of the time probably would have to make more.They said they were done two beds were not assembled and after they did this I have since found out nothing was tight and frame screws were facing wall so they would have poked holes in walls.Estimator said it would take 1.5 trucks it took 3 trucks and had to pay for another truck the next day was told it was partly our fault!We had the same amount of items as the day it was estimated had no desire to argue so paid more for truck on second day!Will never deal with you again!

These guys went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. They worked very hard throughout the day. Very professional and also friendly. We had a couple of very heavy things that they struggled with but in the end they got it done as a team. We have used them several times in the past and have always been happy with the results
