Just wanted to give a HUGE Thank you to Marsha, Robert, and Ian. For helping get this move resolved for my customer.. You made my life super simple today and I thank you all. Marsha for taking my call. Robert and Ian were awesome, they worked with speed and precision. Thank you all again.. Great service!!!!
These guys are kinda quick work hard and very knowledgeable in how to pack everything and make the move so much easier then doing it yourself shout out to the team here
I had a terrible experience with Two Men and a Truck moving company and would not recommend their services. First, their truck ( which was missing the driver side mirror )hit my car during the move. I reached out to the manager who was quite rude. Instead of taking responsibility, the company outright denied it, leaving me to deal with the damage and expenses. Additionally, they sent an insufficient number of movers for the job, which caused delays and unnecessary stress. Their lack of accountability and poor planning made an already stressful process much worse. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reliable and professional moving service.
I can't begin to describe how honest and hard working these guys are. I've hired Two Men & a Truck for several jobs in the past and have always been very satisfied. Read on and hear my story please.
Over the last couple of months, I scheduled multiple appointments to transport my recently deceased father's belongings. I worked with several of their crew throughout the process and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them took a little time to empathize with my loss. Not just once, but every time they showed up! That is a level of situational awareness and communication that I respect deeply. They knew what they were walking into and handled the situation professionally, delicately, and appropriately.
On top of that, one of the junk removers found my Dad's wedding band along with his deceased wife's wedding band in a dresser drawer. He could have easily said nothing and walked away with those and I would have never known. He insisted that I take a look at what he found and I couldn't believe it because I thought those rings were lost. How much more honest and compassionate do you get?
TL;DR I will be booking again. Without a doubt.
