Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Highly recommend Two Man and a Truck. Even more so, I recommend Danny, Randy, and Matthew; request them for your move and you will not be disappointed! These men helped me move from Sugar Land to Central Texas and made my day as seamless as it could be. They treated our belongings with care, worked efficiently, and were incredibly kind. They did not slow down/leave until the job was done. Would book this company and this team again and again.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT USE Two Men and a Truck unless you enjoy incompetence, dishonesty, and total disregard for your belongings.
It started out fine—they sent a rep to survey my home and quote me for packing and moving. Their website even had a nice section where you could select services, so I assumed they were professional. BIG MISTAKE.
Moving day was an absolute disaster. A 3-man crew showed up and immediately started making excuses. They claimed they were only booked for moving, NOT packing, even though their own rep had personally assessed everything. Then, when a second crew was finally sent to pack, the first crew vanished without a word—leaving items behind, leaving my house UNLOCKED and my gate WIDE OPEN in downtown Houston. That’s right—a professional moving company left my home completely unsecured.
The first crew then went to the WRONG ADDRESS, and I had to waste my time guiding them to the correct one because apparently, they’ve never heard of Google Maps. But the real nightmare started at my new house.
My belongings were damaged. Scratched, scuffed, broken—it was obvious they didn’t care at all. No protective wrapping, no caution, nothing. Oh, and let’s not forget my BRAND NEW home—also damaged. I expect some minor wear and tear with a move, but this? This was negligence, plain and simple.
Then the blame game started. The second crew arrived and trashed the first crew, blaming them for everything. Meanwhile, I had to go back to my old house, where I found so many left-behind items that I had to fill an entire SUV load myself.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, they overcharged me. Fuel surcharges for both trips? Insurance charges for both trips? And the best part? The “insurance” is a complete joke. They offered me $2 per pound for damages. Meaning my $600 chair, which weighs maybe 10 lbs, would get me $20. Absolute scam.
When I tried to dispute the charges and damages, their response? 'Pay in full first, then we’ll discuss it.' Right. Because handing over money before getting a resolution is such a brilliant idea.
Bottom line: This company is a joke. They overpromise, underdeliver, damage your stuff, damage your house, leave your property unsecured, and then try to squeeze every last penny out of you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

From the handling of my initial phone request to the pick up of my items, TM&AT were professional, courteous, expert in moving without stress and hassles. They showed up on time, did their job fast and professionally and made the entire process go quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Two Men & a Truck for all your moving needs. I personally interacted with Kevin, who booked the job, RD & Nick who packed up my stuff and moved it and Heather who called to make sure I was satisfied with the move. Each one of them made this move stress free.

Had an outstanding experience with 2 Men and a Truck on my recent move. Office support (Stacey) was organized, professional and quite helpful in planning our move. 6 men showed up with 2 trucks to handle our move. All crew members were polite and professional. They were easy to communicate with and extremely careful with our property, both loading and unloading. Really appreciate the care and quality of the moving crews. Very good folks to work with.
