Great service! Scheduling was easy. Guys were efficient, professional and courteous.

I had the worst experience with this company. They arrived late and wasted time during the move (despite charging by the hour). To make matters worse, they charged me for an extra hour on top of their drive time. When I questioned the charge, they claimed it was a mistake and mentioned making some stops on the way back.

I also purchased damage protection. During the move, they damaged my dresser, bookshelf, and TV—and they neither compensated me nor replaced the items.

When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly unprofessional, calling me a liar and mentioned the overcharging cannot be reversed!

I strongly recommend avoiding their services at all costs.

For my move they were very good. They showed up exactly on time. Communicated effectively and got everything moved in on time.

Total time for a 1 bedroom apartment was about 3-4 hours but they were nice and respectful. They got the job done. I can imagine that trying to move a house will take much longer but my bigger items were just a 1 bedroom setup with bed frame, mattress, comforter, and a couch. Luckily I had my own dolly and couch to help move things to speed up the process.

I'll be using them again in the future if I ever need to move again. Try to have most of your things packed/in boxes ahead of time so it makes it for an easier and faster move. They charge by the hour.

LUV, LUV, LUV this company! Move was very smooth with absolutely no issues. The 2 men that made the move with me were fast, careful & efficient when handling my items. Office employees were knowledgeable and returned my calls right away. Will definately use this company again!
