Two Men and a Truck Moving

I hired this moving company to help me move from Sonoma county to Solano County because they were local and had great reviews online. During the move, they ended up leaving scratches, dents and holes in the walls. They also scuffed up my brand new flooring. I had numerous furniture and appliances scratched, dented, or broken. The three movers didn’t utilize all of the protective measures they claim to use online such as floor runners, banister and railing covers, etc… I made the company aware of all of this and ended up speaking to multiple employees about the damages incurred. I even gave them an itemized list of all the damages after they had asked for one. They have our original phone call recorded of when I set up my moving day which included me selecting their insurance covering up to $20,000. They refused to provide compensation for my damaged items claiming that on their iPad, I had selected the free insurance coverage which only covered 60 cents per pound (not the case at all). Anyways, I just wanted to write this review in case it helps anyone in the future from the headache I’ve been dealing with. Don’t make the same mistake I did by allowing whoever is holding the iPad to just skip through everything by rapidly tapping next on the iPad not allowing you to read any of the options their selecting. I took my own personal photos of all the damages but the moving company also sent someone to my house to take their own photos and examine the damages. What’s pathetic is they admitted to and apologized for the damages yet claim they can’t do anything because their iPad contract reflects something different in regards to the insurance selected compared to the voice recording of the call we initially had. Use them if you want, but you’ve been warned.

All of my belongings were handled with care and nothing was damaged. I will be sure to use them again in the future, if need be and highly recommend them for any moving needs.
