Review:

My original moving date was 03/06/2020 however due to an unforeseen truck mishap it was rescheduled to 03/07/2020. As promised, the company had a crew out to me first thing in the morning. My moving crew was Trey and Caleb. From the minute they arrived, they set my anxious mind at ease. These two gentlemen portray the definition of what teamwork is supposed to be. Excellent communication skills, not only with their client but in all aspects of the move. Trey and Caleb came with a game plan and executed it perfectly. My furniture items were treated as though it was their own and not a single thing sustained any damage. To the owner of the company and the immediate supervisor, I would like you to recognize the exemplary employees you have and strongly urge you to promote Trey and Caleb forthwith. Both are an asset and credit to your company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Remember to tip your movers Y'all !!

Beware of this specific location in Leon Springs and Kim. They hire anyone. We had a table that was handmade, the young fly-by-nights even admitted they did not wrap it, so it fell in a 20 mile drive, fell on top of the door lock. They had to yank the door open, taking chunks out of the table, you can even see the screw threads from the lock. The worker had to slide under the door to move the table. When I called the office, a Kimberly said the workers never give her the pictures. She saw the damage, refused to come out and look at the table, they just estimate the damage. talked to the operations manager, unaware of what happened. He was going to look into it, and get back to me, tried 4 times, was told he would call me back. Not a word. As we unpacked other boxes, the workers damaged many plastic containers, they hid under other boxes. sneaky and a bunch of low life's. The movers also put our king size bed together, did not do it correctly and the bed broke in the middle of the night. Kim just stated "Oh sorry". Be aware of this franchise.

Watched them drop my furniture off the truck, then found out my boxes got wet. The movers said yeah, there's a hole in the truck, and I should call Management. Management had a lot of excuses, no apologies and said I can make a damage claim. As if that will save the wet photos of my grandparents. Steer clear.
