Rented cargo van,

The movers were nice. The crew chief was effective and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately items did NOT wind up where they were supposed to be. Boxes which should have gone to storage were delivered to the house, boxes which should have gone to the house went to storage.
My biggest gripe though is items are MISSING. This includes jewelry, expensive coats and other items as well. I am NOT accusing anyone of theft, just mishandling.
The owner was kind enough to give a discount when I removed my final items from his storage - but one wonders if this was done because he realized they lost my possessions. I am talking about thousands of dollars worth of items.
Politeness doesn't make up for thousands of dollars. Very sad.

What a great experience! JC, Greg, and 'Bob' were wonderful. They were polite, respectful, and fast! If I moved again, I would want this crew. Thank you so much guys, you're the best.
