U-Box at U-Haul

This is a great service, and U-Haul has the overall best pricing over other moving companies! Convenient and definitely very accommodating for the person packing and moving. Love all the choices from being able to set the U-Box where accessible, number of days being flexible, being able to rent the U-Box and having the choice to leave it at the yard or on your choice of location, reasonable monthly U-Box rental charge, etc. I would definitely use U-Haul over others again!!! Thank you to all your staff who assisted from beginning to end!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the U-Box process. My first time using this service and I was impressed with the level of communication and customer service. In today's market it seems most companies are declining in their level of service, but this was top notch. Well done and I would highly recommend U-Box to others with moving needs. Keep up the great work!
Also, I was very happy with the moving help that was recommended. Again, overall a great experience.

I scheduled for a U-Box to be delivered in Somerville, MA and then taken to Providence, RI. My U-Box did not arrive in Rhode Island as scheduled.My movers were told the U-Box would be shipped to East Providence, but U-Haul’s system had it listed as needing pick up from Woburn. The employee at the local office, Max, who I was on the phone with told me that I had scheduled it incorrectly when it was an incongruency between U-Haul and Moving Help. It was absolutely infuriating that this mistake on U-Haul’s communication with my mover was blamed on me and that I had to act as a middle man between my movers and U-Haul when I had scheduled everything through the U-Haul/Moving Help system. Finally, I was escalated to the traffic manager Joann, who was able to quickly help reschedule the delivery of my U-Box. I should not have acted as the logistics manager for my own move - when you hire movers, the point is that you do not have to do any of the logistical planning. I have yet to receive compensation for this mistake. Because of U-Haul’s mistake I could not move into my home on time after already arriving in Providence and had to go back to Boston to stay with a friend.
