U-Box at U-Haul

The only thing you can improve is when the phone is answered you are not put on hold for an extended period of time. I know they are busy with other customers so any aid you can have for the live phone calls at the location being answered quicker would be much appreciated. Chris and Bruce were both so helpful both on the phone and in person.

The truck driver dropped the pod 1 hour early, so I wasn’t there and they put the pod blocking the walkway to the front door. I made a complaint and everyone said basically deal with it. Really sucks the way the business world is headed with how they deal with customers and satisfaction
