U-Box at U-Haul

Terrible experience; staff very rude and I they make you feel like you just bothering them. I made a reservation, gave them all the information over the phone including my phone number, and then when I got the they are giving me an attitude because I didn't want to provide an alternative phone number. Highly disappointed

Booked a truck a day in advance. Paid, and Was given a confirmation number. Upon pick-up the store front had no reservation or truck for me but did have the conformation. Had to rebook last minute at 4x the original price and go to a different location to pick up the truck. I will never use uhaul ever again.
