U-Box at U-Haul

The service was terrible multiple hours of phone calls and being hung up on. Days later I finally got someone that was willing to help.I actually started a Facebook group for people like me and it now has over 3,000 people in it. And there’s plenty of vile employees in it but there’s a couple of good ones. In the end after paying Uhaul a bunch of money to move my Ubox I had to pay a friend to drive it states away for me. I also tried emailing the owner about the vile employees in the group but received no response. Now I just keep the comments up… I’m unsure why I had to copy and paste this when I filled it out for Uhaul…

The associates were a pleasure to deal with and made my move much easier
