Review:
Do not allow other customers to use the truck that was rented out to me!! It was terrible and should NOT be on the road. There was no dolly, nor pads to cover my furniture which I paid for. The truck was loud , shaky and didn’t go over 25-30 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone, & seemed to have wheel bearing issues. The steering was uncontrollable. The customer service rep was not knowledgeable of the products. I was completely unsatisfied with the service and felt very unsafe on the road. In addition, I did receive the pads and dolly after returning to retrieve them.
