U-Box at U-Haul

Everything was GREAT with one exception: On your website, I was quoted a price which was $400 LESS than the actual amount I finally paid! How does a discrepancy of this amount happen? That’s a serious problem! Why wasn’t I told the ACTUAL TOTAL cost for shipping at the beginning of this transaction, instead of U-Haul continuously debiting my debit card $400 more that the initial quote?
Also, I still haven’t received a receipt of the breakdown of my entire bill, which I did request via phone. AND, I was told by Michael (the first agent I spoke with) that I would receive a discount of $120+ for acknowledging that there was a discount mentioned on the U-Haul website when I first began my pod search. After adding up the total amount withdrawn from my debit card, I DO NOT believe that the $120+ DISCOUNT which he said I would receive, was actually applied!
The pod service itself was great, but the billing, “NOT SO MUCH!” Again, I’m requesting a breakdown of my TOTAL bill.
