Yes, they are horrible. And the Takoma stall will overcharge you, double or triple. The main UHaul company is aware.

Review:
I have moved 6 times in the last 6 years. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had and it was only an in-town move. The staff at the Takoma Park location was terrible, the UBox delivery driver hung up on me on the phone, I was given 5 minutes notice for the drop off time and the driver refused to wait for me to show up at the location, the staff at the UBox store were unresponsive/didn't answer the phone. I had to drive to the site twice in order to get questions answered. This was disappointing and I will tell many, many people how awful it was.
