I had issues with this U-Haul Ubox experience from start to finish. I will never use Ubox again. (PODS was great in the past, but unfortunately weren’t available in this area.) No one could ever give me accurate information. They would say they were making a note about my needs then I would call back with no one knowing what I’m talking about and no notes.
One of the latest issues that happened with this location specifically was when I called to have my box delivered on Friday I was told it was full and that have to be Saturday. I asked about Thursday instead and was told it was full. I was also told a note would be put on file that Friday was my preference. Then I immediately called back and spoke with another employee who confirmed Friday was full but Thursday was wide open. Interesting. He confirmed no note was on file about Friday but supposedly added that was my preference. Wednesday comes around and they are trying to deliver even earlier, I explain how there should be a note. I’m told there’s no info on my file. So I explain the problem again and I’m told Friday is no issue at all. It still arrived late.
These are just two issues I had. When I tell you nothing went according to plan from start to finish I wish I was exaggerating. I’m honestly surprised my box made it to the right location, so I guess that’s the one thing that went right. I’m absolutely so disappointed in the services with U-Haul and the employees at all the locations and in the corporate offices. The incompetence I’ve dealt with has been unreal.
