Trucker here.
Had a load to haul some of the u-boxes in a 53' trailer.
Showed up and there's a little doorbell / camera box.
I hit the button and made contact and was told 'someone's pulling in now'.
The gentleman verified my load, got me loaded right away, commented on the weather while I signed the paperwork, gave me a pleasant 'have a safe trip' and I was on my way.
Loaded quickly and professionally!
I wish every live load went this smooth.
