U-Box at U-Haul

Absolutely inappropriate behavior and lack the ability to take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. I also don't appreciate getting a poorly writen paragraph text the day after transactions were finished telling me that he did nothing wrong and implying that all the issues were on me and acting as if I was out of line for asking for clarification from him as the manager as to why issues happened. Four separate days I had issues receiving my U boxes from them. I get that some of the issues were administrative (something the manager can fix/adjustment on their end because its their job) I didn't expect things to be perfect. But canceling my move/movers then scheduling on their end for me to come pick up my U boxes as a self move on another day, not telling me about that change and then getting mad me for not picking up my things is inappropriate. I only asked for clarification on were all this chaos was coming from and why I wasn't being called to tell me about changes and the response I get was 'I wasn't here that day so I didn't do it and i dont know why' and a refusal to look into the why is a ridiculous answer from a manager. The unprompted text the next day from the manager absolutely inappropriate. Never again!
