U-Box at U-Haul

This is the has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. I’m ex military and have moved several times and this time was by far the worst. And from the conversations with other people who use your service, y’all are known for screwing people over and acting like you can’t help. So this will be my final time using U-Haul and if someone ask I will suggest Penske. Your customer service just read a script and the whole experience has been trash. I don’t typically leave reviews unless they are good but U-Haul has surely seen the last of my business and my friends as well. I know u haul will be fine but at least I know several others won’t be using your services any longer so I’ll take that as a win.

The container, pads, and delivery were clean and new. Items arrived in perfect condition. While customer service was polite, the communication and synchronization of local office with national office of delivery and pick-up times needs improvement. I received numerous communications with conflicting times for pickup of full and then, empty containers - this created stress and caused me to make several calls to ensure our container would not be picked up before we had a chance to empty it. The very short window of time to confirm pick up of empty container is only available via a phone call and thus is flawed if you are enroute on a plane and can't make a phone call like we were.
