It was okay. They help me return my pads with ease. I had hope I could return them at any U-Haul location

Despite the internet being down after a major storm, the gentlemen in this location were figuring out how to make all the customers' reservations go smoothly, with smiles and patience for everyone. From the owner at the desk, to the operations manager who walked me to my truck & gave me a smile and hug, to the young men finding and prepping the vehicles - it was clear to see the customer-focused, respectful teamwork that makes this place special. Saturday is extremely busy and boy were they hustling! I feel blessed to have this business close by and highly recommend them for all jobs big and small!
