U-Box at U-Haul

Very pleased with everything. The delivery ladies were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The customer service ladies who confirm the drop off and pick up of the box were also very nice and helpful. I would definitely use Uhaul and Ubox again if needed.

We had some third party issues, and ... well, this was almost the move from hell.

And the folks at the Waukee U-Haul on Hickman SAVED IT.

They figured out how to work around issues, identified and contacted me when my attempt to schedule on the website went...very bad, to the point of ordering several new, empty boxes instead of picking up full boxes... and just generally moved heaven and earth to FIX things.

And they were nice while they were doing it!
