U-Box at U-Haul

After having a nightmare experience using a moving broker the last time I moved cross country, I was very nervous when I had to move again. It was difficult because I was moving from rural Montana to suburban Pennsylvania and many carriers didn't even service the part of the country I was moving from. U-HAUL with its U-Box service provided the perfect answer for my needs. I loved that my entire move could all be handled by one company from the box rental to the transport. I was also very grateful for the Moving Helpers on each end of my move whom I was able to hire through the U-HAUL app and website. All phone calls were answered, all info updated, everything arrived on schedule and there were no hidden or surprise upcharges. Everything worked exactly as UHAUL promised it would. This shouldn't be a surprise but in this day and age and in this industry which has a problem with fraudulent brokers and unprofessional sub-contractors , it was very welcome.
