U-BOX WAS THE WAY TO GO.THEY KEPT IN CONTACT AS I WAS TOLD AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. ADAM AND CHARDONNAY WERE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE..THEY BOTH EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. Review:
I tried to check-in online and it was not working. I went inside and the worker was so nice and helpful. She informed me the online check-in would not have saved me time so I wasn't too upset. Upon drop off the same worker even came out and got the keys from me so I didn't have to bring them in. Amazing customer service, definitely recommend!
