U-Box at U-Haul

Staff was rude and prejudice. Ian had a horrible attitude and treated us like garbage. He seemed upset and emotional as soon as we walked in and he took it out on us. Worst U-Haul experience to date.

This was a very good experience from start to finish. Everybody I interacted with was pleasant, particularly the women who dropped off and picked up the box. They were all very cool people.

Providing the furniture pads was a nice touch. I had more than I needed, but I used more than I expected, too. I used web straps and ropes to secure everything and that worked fine. While preparing for this move, I looked into renting a truck. That would have meant crossing the Rocky Mountains in the middle of the winter. The U-Haul Box was about $400 more than the truck, but figuring in food, lodging and fuel, the price was pretty close. But comfort, safety and peace of mind after giving the transport job to professionals? Priceless!
