U-Box at U-Haul

My moving experience was excellent! Great communication throughout, easy scheduling, no call wait times, items in perfect condition, and my box arrived 2 days early which was super helpful. Literally no complaints and no constructive feedback. Keep up the great job, y'all! Thank you!!!

I had a very bad experience dealing with staff at steeds crossing location, it was contrasting to what the staff was at Santa clara location. Considering the smoothness at source I believed the U-haul is exceptional but this is not true and it actually depend on the CSR’s at the location. At final I regretted my decision and would better gone with PODS although costs slightly higher but they assured the peace of mind and guranteed delivery at door for committed date. I would definitely not recommened U-haul among family and friends.
