U-HAUL and KYLE WRIGHT did a GREAT job. Our journey began in Colorado Springs, Colorado where I was able to call U-Haul and have a U-Pod dropped off in front of our longtime residence where we took about two weeks to load our pod with our most prized possessions. Online, I was able to arrange the time and date for our pod to be picked up and transported in about a week to Tucson, AZ, a new unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I established personal contact with Kyle Wright, the U-Haul Moving Center General Manager. Working directly with Kyle, and his father, Stewart, at U-Haul in Tucson was wonderful. I was able to contact Kyle directly on his cell phone and have our pod made available the next day so it could be easily accessible. The very next day, we were met at the Pod by two local movers, who had rented a U-Haul truck, emptied out our pod and transported the contents of our pod to a nearby storage unit for a very reasonable rate. The entire operation happened effortlessly in Tucson because I was able to discuss options directly with Kyle and determine how we could have our pod made available along with possible options for emptying our pod and transporting the contents to our storage unit. U-Haul did a great job that Kyle’s caring, professional knowledge and especially personal attention made even better
