U-Box at U-Haul

The uhaul support in Colorado was absolutely great, they provided the boxes and enough time for me to load and they took them. Our items where safe. When the boxes where delivers that also was great. The two reps dropped off the boxes perfectly. However ! It took 3 days for pick up and I was told multiple time they were already picked up and they where still taking up parking spaces. I had to call 3 different times to plea to pick up the boxes because they where taking up tenants spaces. Each time they said they would and they did not. (National city location ) For this reason I can’t be certain I will use the services again. The guy in the phone was passive and not communicative. He reassured me but then there was no follow through.
