U-Box at U-Haul

I truly had the worst experience of my life. Working in the hospitality requires me to move consistently, and this was the first time I used U-Haul services and I will assure you, I will never use it again. The staff had no idea what they were doing. I had an appointment at 8 AM to pick up my container and made me wait all the way till 9:30 AM because they had no idea what was going on. In addition I was informed from the original location lake forest, that my items were left outside when clearly in the contract, it stated that they are going to store it before they ship it out, this caused some damages to my items due to the weather condition. I have been trying to speak with someone and I cannot get a hold of anyone.
