The driver was friendly but customer service was terrible. I got triple charged delivery, but I only go refund for one. I called multiple times at different locations and even spoke to a manager to dispute the extra delivery charge.... they can't find it despite sending screenshots. I will be taking this further
EDIT, I finally got the double charge refunded but the general manager saw my customer action file and 'resolved' it but never refunded my money. They were sending my customer action file between California and Wisconsin multiple times like a freaking game of hot potato, after many times they reopened my 'resolved' case and finally got the refund.
Both my drop-off and delivery of the boxes were changed and I was not notified of this until days before. I was originally supposed to have three loading days with drop off but that was shortened to two. Additionally, I was supposed to get my box delivery three days before it actually came. I was notified of both of these changes not nearly enough in advance. The staff for the delivery and drop-off were very kind though. The box itself worked well and none of my things were damaged. The scheduling process was incredibly frustrating though.
This place was like a bad meal; just fine going in and a bad experience going out.?
