U-Box at U-Haul

The Ubox system U-Haul has created is a really convenient and cost effective way to move a household. The boxes themselves are a good size for holding a fair amount of furniture, boxes, etc. without being so big that they are overwhelming. They fit easily in the driveways of both the house we moved out of and the house we moved into 100 miles away. Scheduling pick up, storage and drop off was easy and reliable, the drivers were both professional and friendly, and the staff I spoke with on the phone at different times were friendly and knowledgeable. The moving helpers we hired through U-Haul were a little bit hit and miss. One was very accurate with pricing but the other was not as clear on the charges. Just be aware that that part of the system is sub-contracted out. All in all I would highly recommend the U-Box way to go.
