U-Box at U-Haul

The service was phenomenal for renting a U-Haul box for our move! Jasmine at the Hazel Dell location did an amazing job communicating with us about pod delivery and pickup, and everyone was so helpful along the way! All of the drivers were fantastic at calling ahead and accommodating our needs. Truly 10/10 experience, I would recommend to anyone! The U-Haul box made the moving process so much easier!

Staff at the Kelso-Longview U-haul are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. There's plenty of room in their parking lot. The store is clean & well-organized. They have a good variety of supplies. I think U-haul charges far too much for many of their supplies, but I could be naive about the cost to the company for their supplies. Yet a huge company that has a regular supply of packing supplies probably has great prices wholesale for these supplies. I would expect some of those savings to be shared with customers.
