U-Box at U-Haul

Everything went very smoothly with our move from coast to coast. U-Haul's staff was helpful every step of the way. The U-Boxes sure beats driving a truck cross country.

Communication was absolutely poor, my pod wasn’t delivered in the window it was scheduled for between 8-12. It showed up at 8pm! I was then told I needed to have it ready for pick up by 8-11 am the following morning, which it wasn’t! I was told the truck was full even though I was scheduled for a spot, and it was already shipping out of state. That I’d be on the next truck. A day passes, nobody called me, no texts, no emails, I called you, 4-6 times to get answers. Each person I spoke with gave different answers! Or couldn’t find my account number. The level of unprofessionalism I’ve been shown is mind blowing and I’m beyond dissatisfied!! Then to call my partner who was only listed as an alternate if you COULDN’T reach me, to only tell him you can’t give him any information. Once again I never received calls. I opted to reach the manager, and he refunded about $100 for my troubles. When the total was near 1,475. To only continue to have MORE issues, my box didn’t leave where I moved from until after I left state and had to continue the run around game. hopefully the same doesn’t happen to others

I rented a regular pickup, nice newer truck not old with tons of miles on it. Only had 12,000 in it. Very clean easy rental process in till 10 mins I didn't like the fact I had to walk all the way across parking lot to get truck. Plus they need more staff out on floor, (waited 15mins) not hiding in back room. ? But other than that it was a good experience recomend this store. ?
