I am very impressed about the U-Haul service. It was easy to schedule things, talk to someone to get some advice timely, and make some changes as needed. All U-Haul workers involved in my moving process were professional. I will definitely use U-Haul again in the future. Thanks.

Good service, items were kept in good conditions for several years (not a hint of mustiness or moisture to speak of). A bit pricier than a normal storage unit for stuff you'd move yourself, but if you're delayed finding new housing or want to store things for a bit during a move or have items you can't reasonably get to/from a unit yourself, it's a pretty good option!

The Best shipper, loads in 5 minutes

The boxes were great and everyone we talked to was truly so nice. I appreciated everything about the experience, but I wish we were given an arrival window instead of a 'guaranteed arrival date.' Our belongings came 5 days late, which wasn't the end of the world, but we were sort of camping in an empty apartment that whole time. If we were given a window of time, we would've planned accordingly. We also weren't told they'd be late until the last minute. That was just an overall bummer. The u-boxes were more affordable than other options, but still super expensive and definitely more than we could really afford. It just would've been nice for our things to get there on time - especially since they were in U-Haul's care for 3 whole weeks. Great and easy customer service though. I loved that all the people we spoke to were real people and not chat-bots online. Shoutout to Lula in Berkeley (who delivered our empty boxes and picked them up the next day) - she was so awesome, timely, communicative, friendly, and efficient!
