I chose this location because I live close by and rented a 9' Cargo Van.
The mobile check in process was pretty terrible. Finding the truck was the only easy part. I had to call customer service 3 times and it kept making me re-take photos of the van from different angles even though it said the photo was acceptable. In total, I took 5 different sets of 5 photos of the rental before it miraculously worked. My connectivity was fine throughout the process - it was the app and online mobile check in that was being buggy. The whole check in/receive keys process took over an hour but other than that, the rental was clean and return was easy. Will still probably use U-Haul in the future but maybe not a location that can only do mobile check in since there was no one who was able to help me when things went wrong.

Update 2/26/25: after posting this review, the manager of the location reached out to me and apologized for my experience. He was very kind and offered what he could - which was a U-Haul certificate amounting to the cost of my rental. I'm not sure that I'll need to use U-Haul again anytime soon, but it was still nice that they acknowledged my experience and did what they could to make it better.

Great service, knowledgeable employee, and very efficient. I used the Uhaul website to upload my information and this facilitated the processing of getting the rental truck.

The whole check out/in process via the U-Haul app was horrendous. It took almost an hour to track down someone who could assist with getting me access to even get the keys to the truck. Upon check in, the app kept crashing, forcing me to continually have to upload pictures. Over all, very dissatisfied with my experience.
