They don't know how to install hitches, $300 down the drain, I drove 2 hours for them to not know how to put it on 5 hours later

Paid in advance for trailer hitch install and selected 'will wait on premises'. Arrive to find there's no waiting room. Only employee on premises tells me to get lost and wait at the diner a mile up the road. Took 4 hours for a one hour job. Guy couldn't care less

Showed up on time to pick up the key. Did the online service to expedite and the only employee decides to go on an hour break when we show up. Garbage service, garbage employees
